The Splitblox fractured surface is created by mechanically splitting cast and CMUs. Splitblox are manufactured by our dedicated high-speed masonry splitter, regulating the consistency of product dimensions and texture via hydraulic and PLC controls. Aggregates in the concrete mix are also fractured and exposed in this process.

The Splitblox texture can be used for property fencing walls, feature panels or bands, frame surrounds for doors and windows, columns, skirtings and a variety of other application to enhance the look of a building or structure. The rough textures can also be used in area prone to graffiti, as the texture tends to discourage graffiti vandals.

Splitblox are manufactured in standard colours. Other colours and blends can be available to special order.
